LNG Export Terminal from USA Approved
It is not Cove Point yet but the DoE approved one from La (moving a facility from Chile!): http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-02-07/americans-gaining-energy-independence-with-u-s-as-top-producer.html. My guess there will not be any new imports that were not already locked into contract … but maybe Cove Point will start moving it the other way.
