Some common chemical ISPs (in seconds):

Liquid Hydrogen + Liquid Oxygen (HydroLOX) = 440-470
Pentaborane + Nitrogen Tetroxide = 360-370 (stable, toxic)
Liquid Methane + Liquid Oxygen (MethLOX) = 370-380
RP-1 + Liquid Oxygen = 330-360 (short life ~ 24 hours max)
MMH + Nitrogen Tetroxide (N2O4) =330-340 (stable, toxic)
UDMH + Nitrogen Tetroxide (N2O4) = 320-330 (stable, toxic)
Solid Propellants = 250-270 (very stable, but burns completely on use)
